BRAA Events Various 'Work In' days are organised throughout the year. These are essential for the general up keep of the allotment and the surrounding areas. If you feel you can donate some time, please contact Ted Moore our site manager on 01202 573059 or catch him in the mornings, on his plot.

There will be a raffle, so please remember to bring any suitable prizes and don't forget to buy your tickets from John Rogers !! Please do not forget to bring you plot rental money with you, if you have not already paid Ted.
BBQ & Members Show Date : Sunday 25th July 2010. Venue: Brook Road Allotment, Brook Road, Kinson, Bournemouth, Dorset Event Summary: A chance for anyone interested in gardening to visit our quiet site in north Bournemouth. Possibly the most secluded in the area, two sides of the site are bounded by a briar and blackthorn hedge which acts as host to a wide variety of wild life. Add to that the locally nesting Buzzards, the Woodpeckers and the odd visiting Heron and Sparrow Hawk, and the close proximity of Kinson Common there is a wealth of diverse wildlife to be seen, as well as the various methods of cultivation employed by tenants of the site. All visitors are most welcome. A chance for all members and their families to get together, have a chat and enter into some friendly rivalry with fellow plot holders and win prizes for the best vegetables and exhibits in show.
